Ethics:
Our goal at Flamingo and Rob is to put ourselves out of business, by making goods that last longer than you (or us).
To do that we select only the best materials available to make our products. We endeavor to source materials which are made in the USA or in allied countries that have strong human rights records. By doing this we aim to minimize the impact our products have on global issues of human trafficking, slave, and wage labor.
It costs us more to do business this way, but we refuse to compromise our principles.
Guarantee:
By the time a product arrives to you, it has been constructed, inspected, and inspected again by both Flamingo and Rob. That said we are human and mistakes can and do happen. As such we guarantee our products to be free of defects due to workmanship for life (our's or your's).
We do not guarantee wear items such as hook-and-loop fasteners or shock cord.
We also do not guarantee products which have been altered. This includes products damaged by exposure to solvents or extreme temperature. Kydex and Holstex are thermoplastics which are subject to damage when exposed to extreme temperatures and many harsh chemical solvents.
Basically the general rule to follow is: If you wouldn't expose a child or beloved pet to it - don't expose your thermoplastic accessories to it. We recommend not exposing yourself either but you do you, just don't call us for bail money.
